I’m David Brittingham, the founder of Barracks to Bankrolls. I’m currently serving in the U.S. Navy and have been active-duty for over 8 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate Management, which gave me the knowledge and confidence to take action toward my financial goals. I’ve personally purchased and managed multiple investment properties — both with and without the VA loan. Real estate is the form of investing that excites me most because of the many ways to get in the game and play it strategically. Still, I believe the importance of foundational financial knowledge cannot be overstated — and that’s why I created this platform. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to manage money while in uniform. I’ve made the mistakes, felt the stress, and battled the uncertainty — but I learned to overcome those challenges, and now I’m committed to helping others skip the struggle and start strong.

Like many service members, I entered the military with big dreams but little financial direction. After years of trial and error, I began learning the wealth-building strategies that no one teaches in boot camp. Through disciplined action, real estate investing, smart budgeting, and relentless learning, I built a system that changed my life — and I want to pass it on.
